Dirtman Sprinklers has spent more than 30 years helping Missoula homeowners and businesses make their outdoor spaces work through every season. The family-run company designs and installs underground sprinkler systems, builds new landscapes, and handles the winter snow and ice that come with Montana weather.

The sprinkler work starts with Dan, the founder, who still designs and oversees each installation. The company says its systems use commercial-grade parts and carry a two-year warranty on parts and labor. For customers, that means the person shaping the plan stays involved through the work, with Lee, the crew foreman and business partner, on each jobsite from start to finish.

Landscaping projects range from sod and planting to patios, retaining walls, lighting, drainage and water features. When winter comes, Dirtman shifts to residential and commercial snow removal, clearing parking lots and sidewalks and applying ice melt or sand. It’s a year-round operation built around what a property needs next, whether that’s a new lawn in summer or a clear path to the door before business opens.

One useful detail for existing sprinkler customers: Dirtman’s service team handles maintenance, start-ups and winterization, but the company says it no longer accepts new service or repair clients whose systems were installed elsewhere.
